Johnny stands in the middle of a giant contained room in the Baxter Building, testing his powers. He discovers that by saying “Flame On!” he can activate his powers; by saying “Flame Off!” he can deactivate them. Its obvious he’s having fun.

Reed and Ben have a heart to heart, discussing what happened to them. Ben realizes that Reed is to blame and lashes out at him; Reed evades Ben with his stretching powers. Ben storms out, telling Reed he needs him to fix what happened to him.

Meanwhile, Sue practices using different levels of invisibility under Dr. Molekevic. He explains to her that she and the others were thrust through the N-Zone when the machine malfunctioned, thus giving them these fantastic abilities. Molekevic gives Sue a tour of his underground home; there is a gigantic computer and T.V. station that Molekevic has used to hack into the Baxter Building mainframe. When Sue questions his intentions, Molekevic reveals that he loves Sue, and had his army of ani-men bring her to him when the teleportation device transported her to Las Vegas. He also intends to find Victor, whom he believes will help him in his plans, and also Johnny, whom he knows will make Sue feel better.

Back at the Baxter Building, Reed, Johnny, and Ben discuss finding Susan, when suddenly they see on a T.V. screen that a gigantic monster has bust through the city street, not knowing it was sent by Molekevic.
