Mary Jane frantically tracks down Peter at school, and shows him the news report of Rhino laying Manhattan to waste. But as Peter tries to slip out of school and deal with the situation, he runs into Aunt May and is drawn into the parent/teacher meeting she showed up for. Shortly after, he barely avoids the principal, and soon comes across a heartbroken Gwen Stacy. He's forced to leave her, and as he takes off he has a run-in with Flash Thompson and his buddies, who chase him down after they provoke him to toss their football way over the school. He looses them in true Spidey fashion though.

At last, a costume-clad Peter frantically web-slings his way to the scene of the crime, finally he can confront Rhino. But by the time he gets there, The Ultimates' Iron Man has already dealt with the threat, in magnificent fashion to boot.
