Harry regains consciousness only to gaze upon the towering Goblin strangling a damaged Spider-Man. Harry recognises Peter through the torn mask. With one swift kick to the face, Spider-man breaks free from the Goblin’s grasp. Spider-Man webs up the Goblin who furiously breaks free from the sticky substance only to find that Spider-Man is gone. Suddenly, Spider-Man throws a large desk at the Goblin who is severely injured. After being struck, the Goblin lifts the desk, throws it and turns for Peter. Spider-Man jumps towards the window where the large desk is falling into the streets of New York. He uses his webs to stop the desk from falling and tries to pull it up. The Goblin suddenly tries to crush Peter’s head while Peter is trying to convince him to let go so he can save the people below from being crushed. A horrified Harry looks on as the Goblin slowly diminishes his friend. With one quick move, Harry stabs a large windowpane into his father’s back. The Goblin turns as Peter looks in horror. When the Goblin sees what he has caused he suddenly screams and he painfully loses his powers. Harry bends down sobbing over his father’s body. Suddenly Harry faints.

S.H.E.I.L.D. troopers burst through the window along with Nick Fury. Nick tells Peter that they will deprogram the hackwork hypnotherapy on Harry then they’ll see what they can do to bring him back to a normal life. Norman is then taken into S.H.E.I.L.D. custody. Nick then tells Peter that when he reaches eighteen he belongs to him. Peter looks on, devastated then runs out of the room. Peter arrives at the warehouse where he finds a traumatised Mary Jane. He ask her why she went to Harry’s house after there talk and an argument brews up on that Peter tells her nothing. Mary Jane asks what happened but Peter doesn’t want to talk about it. The two then sit down, in cold silence.
