Harry is lying in a bed, eyes shut and talking to someone. The person tells Harry that his father loves him and when he wakes up he will not think about his mother’s death but just feel love for his father. Harry wakes up to see his therapist and we realise he has gone through another hypnotic session. Harry then asks if he can go meet his invited friends.

Now
The therapist discusses Harry’s condition with Norman. It seems that he has come up with ‘program words’ that control Harry someway. Norman’s phone goes off and he replies. Norman learns about Peter’s current whereabouts, hangs up, and asks the therapist to leave. Norman goes to his room and picks up a purple cloak and his Goblin serum. He makes his way up to the rooftop and injects himself with the serum. Norman painfully transforms into the Green Goblin once more. As the Goblin, Norman sees strange ghosts, visions and hears voices. The ghosts talk to the Goblin about random, unrelated topics. The Goblin is confronted by Spider-Man who looks like a strange, spider like creature. The ghosts continue to talk to him, telling him things to say as Spider-Man lectures him. Eventually the Goblin gets angry and jumps off the building where he lands near an unsuspecting Harry and MJ. He snatches MJ and jumps across rooftops. Spider-Man travels after the Goblin screaming for Nick Fury to come and help. The Goblin and Spider-Man stop on the top of the Queensboro Bridge as Nick Fury’s helicopters look on. Suddenly the Goblin throws Mary Jane off the bridge and Spider-Man dives in after her. He uses his web catch MJ before she hits the water. He quickly uses his webs and skills to bring MJ on the bridges edge safely. As he begs MJ to wake up he notices one thing…she isn’t breathing.
