Powers: Tara is a normal human

History: Very little is known about the woman simply called Tara. She and her team of mercernaries attacked Wolverine out of the blue one morning at a diner. Using information she gained from top government officials, she taunted Wolverine by claiming to be a part of his past. Considering her mission a failure, Tara's mysterious commander calls off her mission, and Tara murders the rest of her team and commits suicide before the eyes of the X-Men. At that moment, Commander Dugan of S.H.I.E.L.D. Mutant Ops arrived and the team learned that Tara and the mercenaries were leftover rogue members of the defunct Weapon X program. S.H.I.E.L.D. believed they were to be the first part in government coup against the President. He also reveals that they were targeting Logan because he was a product of the U.S. Government, and that his existance could possibly twisted into proof of a mutant conspiracy inside the government.
