Powers: David Xavier is an energy being that is able to warp all matter and reality and jump from body to body, possessing his victim.

History: The son of Charles Xavier and Moira MacTaggert, David was considered the most powerful mutant on Earth. He has killed several people since escaping from his mother's institution on Muir Island. David's abilities burnt out his original body and he must now jump from body to body to remain alive. David blames his insanity on his father, Xavier, who neglecting him and abandoned him, and wants to see Xavier's dream brought to an end.

After making his way to the Scotland mainland, David took over the body of Wolverine. He then jumped into the body of a truck driver and ran Wolverine over with an eighteen-wheel truck. Rather than escape, David hid inside the body of Col. Elizabeth Braddock, and bode his time until he could make his move on his father and his dream. After capturing his father, he took him on a world-wide trip, causing massive damage to world monuments, and killing thousands. Upon returning to Scotland, he attacked the X-Men. Though Xavier knew the only way to end David's terror was to kill him he could not take action, as the mind of Betsy Braddock was attempting to force David from her body. Taking advantage of David's weak moment, Colossus crushed him with a car, ending both David and Betsy's lives.
