Ultimate Venom Profile

Powers: As Venom, Eddie has immense strength, agility and can imitate Spider-Man. He can absorb people into his body and eat them. He overloads Spider-Man’s “Spider-Sense”.

History: Eddie Brock Sr. and Richard Parker were two friends and scientists that were working on the cure for cancer. They came up with a plasmatic suit that consumes the body, finds the area of the problem and destroys it. Unfortunately they signed the wrong business deal with Bolivar Trask and eventually their project was taken from them. Richard and Eddie, along with their wives perished onboard a plane, which crashed into the ocean.

Eddie Brock Jr. and Peter Parker were best friends as kids. After their parents died they were taken in by different families and separated from each other. Ten years later, while attending Empire State university, Eddie Brock was hooked up by Peter. Peter gave Eddie a videotape of their parents and in return Eddie shown Peter something, their inheritance. In the cabinet was a glass jar containing black protoplasmic goo. Eddie explained that it was the cure for cancer. Eddie explained the in depths of the goo and that it was their father’s life work. He explained the deal with Trask that took away their project, and explained that their fathers died in a plane crash before they were going to sue Trask. He told Peter that Doc Conners said the goo would have been useless after ten years but they were on the right track. Eddie also told Peter that they used his father’s DNA for “the suit’s” specific DNA. The next day Eddie picked up Peter from school along with Gwen Stacy. Eddie asked if they could all go to a reggae concert but Peter replied with “I got work”. At the table they were sitting at the speculation of if their parents were murdered came up in the conversation. While at the party Peter went to the University at tried the goo for himself consuming his entire body. Peter eventually found out that the suit drove him crazy and he got it removed. Back in Eddie’s room, Eddie tried to hit on Gwen Stacy who freaked out and left. Eddie turned on the television only to see Spider-Man wearing the black suit. Eddie ran back to the university only to find Peter Parker. Peter explained to him what had happened and that he had to destroy the rest of it. After long periods of arguments, Eddie agreed and left. Eddie felt betrayed and defeated so he turned back and went to another cabinet and produced another glass jar of the protoplasmic goo. Eddie then opened it and stuck hi fingers into the goo.

The goo suddenly consumed Eddie at a mass rate, a nearby cleaner found Eddie and tried to help him but she was suddenly grabbed by the suit and eaten for the suit to sustain itself. Eddie go up the suit eventually under control, suddenly, after realizing what he had done to the cleaner he lost control once again and turned into the creature known as Venom. Two security guards attacked Venom but were easily dispatched as Venom made his way to Peter’s school. When Venom reached the school Peter came out of class and tried to reason with Eddie. Eddie didn’t listen and attacked Peter head on. A raging battle took place as Eddie told Peter the suit needed his DNA to survive. Peter ran out of the school grounds with Venom following close behind. The two battled on the rooftops of buildings. When the two jumped at each other they both fell into an electric cable, snapping it in two. The fight raged on in the streets when suddenly the cops arrived on the scene. They opened fired on Venom as he stumbled backwards. Venom suddenly stepped on the loose cable and exploded in a gigantic electrical shock. After the blinding surge Peter looked but nobody was to be found. Eddie was gone…or so it seems.
